Pathetic Service City of Cape Town

I am very disappointed and utterly disgusted by the service of City of Cape Town. I have been logging calls everytime for a blogged sewage drain and nothing is being done to better the situation. I have logged a call yesterday now awaiting for them to come more than 24hours how pathetic can their be. My house is smelling of **** and **** cant even cook food and its a Sunday pathetic pathetic useless totally useless!!
