Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Logged a call for a blocked drain on Thursday. Haven't heard anything from them and its 2 days later. Keep on following up and then you hear it has been assigned to a contractor. Sort your contractors out because this is ridiculous. City is clearly not working for the people.
