Online License Renewal - does not work

<p>I have been waiting 4 months for the online system to send me a code to pay for my two licenses. The website (which I check regularly) says the application is in process, so I have been patient. <br /><br />I cannot find a phone number to call to follow up, and my email queries have had no meaningful response. I have now received a traffic fine for having an expired licence. The traffic cop told me to give up - that I will never get a licence through the online system. <br /><br />City of Cape Town - why offer this service if it does not wor****</p>
