Online License renewal

I want to renew my vehicle license but have a lot of trouble. with COVID they actually want us to go online. i did and got a reference on 99 in my spam folder. Since then i have been sending emails to them and re app**** for a reference no but have no ;luck.

you can not ask people to do something online then nothing happen and eventually fine a person.
