On and off electricity: off for 10 seconds and back again and it doing that more than 10 times per day

I reported the on and off electricity 3 weeks ago and I have been calling for follow up every day still didn’t get any help. Tv, laptop, computer, big plate of stove, extension is damaged in this 3 weeks so how much much. This is too much
