NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE

log a call for a faulty water meter as we are not getting water to our home on 22/10/2017 nothing has been done or some1 is not doing the JOB ot attending to the Problem they said it will take 24/48 hours and the time has passed and no answer no body can tell me why nothing is beling done
