NO WATER AND THE CITY DOES NOT CARE!

My mom's water was disconnected on Saturday 14 September without any warning. I have been following up since Monday...it is now Thursday and still no water connection! I have been calling the Call Centre on ***but they say that they don't have a number for the Water Depot...which I think is ridiculous. So all I can do is keep calling and following up like a fool. In the meantime my mom has been without water for 5 days.
