No response (shocking - I know)
When I renew a license disk via ENATIS, it takes about 4/5 days. Every time I renew my license disk via COCT, it takes 2 months.
Right now I am waiting for almost 2 months to get my disk and after 5 unanswered mails, I am still waiting.
Not sure why they get paid to do "work" . . .

20 Sept 2023, 15:43Please read my complaint again, and also on your mail - the subject (SrvReqNo:[***) will be on your mail system 5 / 6 times (also sent initially on this complaint).
Nobody from e-services responds to my e-mails. I had the same problem 3 months ago with another license done via e-services.
This license that I am enquiring about now, was also done via e-services and I got an mail and paid on 04/08 - and I am still waiting. It has been almost 2 months.
What I have said is, to show how slow your process are, is 2 months ago you did not want to help me with another license, so with that one I went to ENATIS and it only took 4/5 days.

I have contacted Mr Kotze and advised the client that the vehicle licence for CF96578 was captured on 2023.08.10 and sent for posting on 2023.08.11.

The client will wait until the end of September 2023, if the licence has not been received he will contact us for a reprint to be collected at the nearest walk-in office.
