No load shedding but power outage

I have been trying for hours to get a hold of someone at the City of Cape Town municipality, to no avail as there are no operators due to Covid 19. I then smsed the number given and nothing had happened. Our electricity has been off for more than 5 hours now. With it switching back on intermittently for 2 min around past 5 and then off again. This is ridiculous, we are paying customers, at least have the decency to inform us if there is maintenance . It's after sunset and we are still in the dark. Terrible service.
