Need to save water urgenty

<p>I have made review of my watermeter/ stock**** that is leaking but the municipality of kleinvlei is delayingth process to fix it. We in the Western Cape experience water crisis and cannot waste more water. It will be appreciated if they can work faster and to get hold of the client first. Mr. Paulse and Mr. Mpilo were at my address but they said they can do nothing. Please HELP!!!!!!!</p>
