Municipal water leak not being repaired

I noticed a leak on my water meter and reported the fault on the 4th March 2016 (Ref no. ***) . I followed up on the report on 4 occassions and to date it has not been repaired. The water continues to gush out of the meter and run into the road. The leak rate is +/- 100L/hr. Over the past 2 weeks the total water lost amounts to 33600 liters (enough to fill an average size swimming pool). With the current water crisis, I cannot understand why the water department would not repair the leak as soon as possible
