Motor vehicle licence renewal-Waiting for Godot

<p>Apllying online for my MV licence to be renewed.I first get a weird reply from Enrico Lane with an attached doument not for the public. I think I am being ****med. I make a phone call. I am told it was a mistakeI fill in the form, send a proof of address.And wait.I make a call.No.I cannot use the Proof of address of my licence renewal.So I send another one.And wait.I am told I will get my reference number the next week, so I can pay and get my licence.I wait.And I phone again.No.I amnow told-there is a backlog.I shouln't have been told when I would get a reference number.They just don't know.</p> <p>THis is a month later.My licence is expired now.
