Meter Contravention

Good Day Sir/Mam <br> <br> Please could you assist me in the matter.<br> In regards to my complaint for the implementing of an fine three years after the alleged offence occurred. <br> I would like to see that all the interest be written off and the amount that was paid already seen as payment on the fine that was implemented.<br> And the amount suggested for use over the time be written off as well . <br> I feel that if the municipality informed us of the offence we could have taken steps to retrieve the moneys owed by the accused.<br>
