*******ly Over-charging & remaining silent

From the recent write-up by a knowledgeable City of Cape Town resident, published in The Tygerburger, dated Wednesday, 21 May 2025, regarding the ******* over-charging of Electricity by the City of Cape Town in two financial years -

2022/23 - NERSA approved 7,47% but the City of Cape Town charged 9,6%, an ******* overcharge of 2,13%

2023/24 - NERSA approved 15,1% but the City of Cape Town charged 17,6%, an ******* overcharge of 2,5% The City of Cape Town has remained silent about 2 years' of *******ly overcharging resident & businesses & remains to be seen how this is accommodated in the new budget !!!!
