Incredibly unprofessional

Car license renewal online? FORGET IT<br> CoCT? Forget it. Their service is pathetic! Why do we bother to fund them?<br> License was paid for in March and proof was sent to CoCT.<br> I made a mistake with the registration number but corrected it same day.<br> I've subsequently emailed and phoned them weekly only to be told more NONSENSE by an agent who supposedly escalates my problem.<br> This car is now unlicensed - and CoCT just doesn't care. Today I was told again that they don't know when they will issue the license and could I please effect payment - today. What a crock
