*********** Accounts Department 1+1 = pay more

I've had an arrears amount on my rates account since September 2017 even though I pay my account in full every month. I have send information reflecting date and amount of payment to both the accounts department and mayors office to no avail. Scanned copies and bank print-out sent though that will probably not be dealt with either. What a useless bunch. City only works for some of us.
