I want my money

I went for four days to Macassar resort. It's almost three months and I still haven't received my deposit back. There are supposed to pay it back within 30 days. I've been calling every week since the end of December but everytime I call they keep on saying I must phone next week or it's been processed. Anelia from the resort's office , that she can't give me any details whatsoever for the headoffices. I want my money.
