House been bought by old age home

My mother has dementia. We her children wanted to put her in a care unit. She is on the waiting list for several months now but because of the progress between this 2 places the house been bought by the old age home for dementia people came to a stand still. In the meantime our mother fell broke her hip .We her children put her in another old age home she really cannot afford at this point and time. House van Niekerk is the perfect choice for us. When will the progress start and building renovations be finish? They are still waiting for City of Cape Town to finish it. It can be Strand or Somerset West or Cape Town itself . One of these 3 but not the old age home . House van Niekerk is innocent /I do not blame them but you.
