Gross Overestimate of water account

Gross over estimate of water accounts for Dec/January by 23,000hl, pushing me well into zone 6 which has jumped from R33.59 to R74.64kl.<br> My account which is usually R4,000 odd rand now R8429. Laughable! Are they trying to push us out of our homes?<br> Where does all this money go to and who got to decide such rediculous increases?<br> What are they doing to the economy?<br> Have they heard of the Consumer Protection Act????
