Extremely slow service response

We have been trying for the last 2 months to get the Council to attend to a reported water leak at NR 42 Ailsa road here in Ottery. To no avail. We called repeatedly 2- 3 times a week . We get acknowledgement that our multiple attempts to report are registered and promised the matter will be seen to but nothing happens. Meanwhile the water is running into the street.<br> I don't know anymore what to do. Is there a higher authority I could approach, perhaps a supervisor or a office that could assist?<br> regards<br> Sigmund Lang
