Excellent Service

Yesterday Monday 26 October 2020, I had to sort out my water account at your Account Payment Hall at Cape Town Civic Centre. The clerk who helped me at Counter No.7 was truly excellent. His name is Samora. I commend this man for his professionalism, his friendliness and his efficiency. My visit was a great experience because of him. Samora truly makes the City proud. Keep up the good work!
