Electricity Department - City of Cape Town - ****py service

More than 72 hours of no electricity, not due to load shedding but a power outage in my street. I get that I live in a township and maybe our reviews do not hold weight or count for an opinion, but try living without electricity for a week, no hot water, food spoiling in the fridge because the City of Cape Town electricity unit does not assist us when they should! I keep calling their help line to no results. Just an "I am sorry" and "I understand". The service from them is appalling, but had the roles been reversed in a suburb area, no electricity for a week would not be a an issue!!
