******* ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS IN OUR AREA

I would just like to say that I am deeply disgusted and disappointed in our city's electricity department. Our electric has been on and off for weeks now due to the ******* connections. We have had to contact the city of Cape town electrical department numerous times , where they just sent a team out to put on our electric but then it goes off in a few hours time leaving us to go sleep without electric every night . We have explained to them over the phone that the electric goes off because of the ******* connections performed by others in our area , they have told us that they will send a team with law enforcement to take out the ******* connections but nothing like that ever happened. When we call it's like the agents we speak to for help get frustrated and even up giving us very bad service, my wife spoke to one of their agents named Mishka to ask her why our reference was closed but our electric was still off , but she just dropped the call without giving any reason or without explaining as to why our reference was closed and not processed. We feel deeply disgusted and disappointed for the amount of time we wasting and the airtime we need to call out just to receive bad service . Yet this is the government we vote for but they can't even sort our issue regarding the ******* connections in our area . If there's someone that we can talk to or help with this situation we'd deeply appreciate it 🙏
