Disregard of private property and driveways

I have been an ongoing issue with parents of pupils attending Plumstead Prep, Totnes Road. They continue to block my driveway, park on my verges etc. I have sent many photos to both Traffic and Law Enforcement providing proof hereof but there is no acknowledgement any longer (previous years they responded with out resolving the actual issue) and secondly
