DISGUSTING service

Received SMS"s from the accounts department on more than one occasion stating that my account is in arrears - this occurred again on Friday, 29 August 2025, stating no payment was effected for August 2025, which is TOTALLY inaccurate, confirming that accounts & billing department are in COMPLETE DISARRAY, especially when those officials are HIGHLY paid ????????
