Disappointed in City of Cape town

City of cape town workers came and made a hole in Madison court, Scottsdene, Kraaifontein because a pipe burst underground on the 23 of February. They left the hole open and since that hole the drains is blocked. Up until today the 5th of march they have not come back to close the hole or unblock the drain after complaint was logged. And in the first place that workers knew about the big hole they made in a place where children is playing. Why must a complaint be logged for them to fix it. They didn't even leave a safety barrier around it
