DIRTY WATER DRAINING OUR WALLETS

City of Cape Town. Im am all the way from atlantis. We the people of atlantis is your paying customer when it comes to water. We pay for a service so that we can open our taps and expect clean drinkable water. But each time that tap is going open and I taste that water then there is sand in my mouth. Many times I must go buy me tablets or go to the docter for diarrhea treatment.

*Not everyone is privileged to go to a store and buy clean drinking water for the month.*

But at the end of the month you request payments and you are quick to put water off once payments is not received.

We as atlantis people are paying you to slowly but surely kill us with the dirty water that you provide. Shame on you ****y of Cape Town
