I purchased pre paid electricity, 40% of the units have been deducted, not sure why? Tried to call ***for explanation .. no one answers/ operators are currently busy due to high volumes... Civic Centre account enquiry counter queues are long and can take hours for you to get help... I wish there could be a quicker way to get help from them.
