Compliment and a complaint to City of Cape Town

Good day Firstly I want to clarify why I rated 5stars. The rating is for the excellent service I have been receiving from the personnel of Delft civic in Voorbrug. whenever I would report at their offices the staff would assist me with no hassle even though I am not under their jurisdiction. They are also transparent about the process. They would even go the extra mile to make ones complaint a matter of emergency. Recently I have been assisted by Ms D Alexander who help me to her best as well as the security lady who is humble and also does her work with excellence. Unfortunately with all the effort Ms Alexander did I have not been assisted I went to report drain that has flooded inside our house on the 28/10/2024 ref***. On the day cct contacted me but I missed the call. I made a follow-up by calling and I was given another reference *** and was told to wait for three days. On 2024.11.04 I decided to go the municipal of my jurisdiction called Fezeka. I was assisted by a lady who I informed her that I am there to make the follow up of the last reference. After she was busy on her system she told me to wait again. I asked her the period and she said we must wait for feedback. I then asked her how will I know about the results and she said I will know when the matter is attended. I told the lady that I have been waiting since the 28.10.2024 and I have the reference of that day and the house is flooded. The lady told me to wait and my area is a Hotspot. I even requested her to assist me somehow and allow me to arrange the escort but she did not seem keen to see the urgency of my complaint and told me to wait and if the matter is not attended I must come back the next day. Hence I went to Delft in the first place because of their outstanding service. Fezeka staff mostly disappoint I know not all of them but some are not willing to assist us. City of Cape does not care about our health the sewage is the only thing that smells in that house. I am even developing rash especially my face. I can't even stay in that house I am forced to invade family space. Everytime I got to check of any progress I am welcomed by a feaces smell inside the house. I even contacted a plumber who was unable to check the cause that affetec the house unless municipal cleans the sewage in the streets. Even the road are full of huge potholes.
