Why is it that when you ask the Accounts Dept. for something simple, that you get an automated response that they will respond within 7 working days, and you will NOT get a reply any earlier. On 21 June I requested a copy of an invoice they should have sent me at the beginning of June. I received the 7 working day response almost instantaneously, but nothing since then. It is a relatively easy task to get a copy invoice out of the SAP system - it shouldn't take 7 days.
