City of Unjust Enrichers for the Elite

The city of cape town run by the DA is truly a place built for foreigners with dollars and pounds and the elite. I recently was forced to sell my property in Wynberg as a result of a municipality bill that was spiraling out of control and the municipality wanted to hear nothing until I was able to pay a bill that was impossible to pay. During massive loadshedding cuts which brought my business to a standstill my electricity bill tripled, this to a point where in Feb 2023 all production came to a halt. my electricity eventually was cut in October 2023 yet even after that I was billed a monthly service fee 2574.00 for electricity. in March thereabout my water was cut . This is an enfringment on my basic human right as there was not even a trickle of water supp****. After loosing that battle I was forced to leave the property. Since then I have also been charged a service fee for both water and sewerage. I have owned the property for 3 years and have paid R120000.00 to municipality. At the time of the sale I still owed the COC R402000.00. This after a year of no electricity and 7 months of no water which means no sewerage. I can understand the disconnection fee. however if I have been disconnected why am I still being charged a service fee. This in my case is a classic example of unjust enrichment. I am hoping that someone can offer advice on how to recover money that I believe the COC and DA have done no work for but have ******. My account number is ***
