City of Cape Towns Municipality - City's Project Manager - Payment Certificate 28 - People need answers as to when salaries will get paid

Hi All

I had a tenant that was renting my house he did not get his salary since July 2021 how can the municipality do that to people that does contract work for them they don't have a heart how must these people survive, some people lost their homes and cars etc. and these people cannot pay their rent and municipal bills etc. The person name is City project manager Duke Gumede Human Settlements Payment Certificate 28 - When will the money get paid to the people - really it is getting too hectic not to get rental payments people are loosing everything. When will salaries get paid. This is a matter of urgency....
