City of cape town water leak.

I have reported a water pipe leak from the water meter in front of my house to a lady with the name of Zandile at 11.38 and she promised me they will attend and send me a ref nr.This after I was on the line with her for almost 10 minutes.Up till now no response and no reference water and water is running down the street. I have also send them emails to which they respondent but nobody responded yet to repair this water leak.I also have these names from the municipality. Something tells me City of cape town is not serious about service delivery or preventing water spillage.Luckily my water meter is not running because it's the pipe from the street into my meter and not from the meter yo my house but I HATE water going to waste.
