City of Cape town unable to deliver

One of multiple previous disputes to have a road fixed which was ripped open over a year back to fix a burst pipe and since then never been closed up: ***.

Road still not fixed after a year and a half and after having submitted multiple requests. This is really pathethic service that one has to constantly complain to get things done. Please fix the road!!!!
