City of Cape Town - Switch off the street lights during the day please!!!!

I have been notifying the City of Cape Town, ***; ***;***;***;***; R Saiet for the past 3 weeks that the street lights on Plantation Road, Wetton Road, M5 towards Cape Town, is not turned off during the day. I also noticed yesterday that the lights in Racecourse Road, Imam Haroun Road and surrounds were also still lit during the day. As a concerned citizen opened, I feel it is my civic duty to get this matter resolved, but I am very concerned by the lack of interest shown by the City of Cape Town, especially since we are currently faced with an energy crisis.
