City of Cape Town Shame on you

The DA City of Cape Town are going to have to work hard for my vote this year. My husband died last year and I was given a new municipal account in my name only. The rates were paid a year in advance and now because the amount has not yet been transferred from the old account to the new one they threaten to disconnect my water. That's not all. I have to pay R600 a day for electricity because 71%is deducted because I am in "arrears". Then once the money has been transferred I have to follow another process to try to get a refund. So until they transfer the funds I pay R600 a day as a widow. Shame on you City of Cape Town for not looking after your own. Allan Windy, Jordan Hill Lewis and Helen Zille I am deeply disappointed in what has happened and how difficult you have made it for me
