City Of Cape Town poor service.

We suffered a burst water pipe at my property mid May 2024. The city sent a team to repair the pipe and as a result they had to dig up the driveway. They told me a team will come to repair the driveway and the turn around time for reinstatement is 30 to 90 days. It has now been 5 months later and no joy. Drive still has a massive hole in it and they just dont bother. How they get a clean audit is beyond me.
