CITY OF CAPE TOWN NOT WORKING FOR CAPE TOWN !!!!!

So I have been saving water through this tough time living in Cape Town.

Only for the city of Cape Town to Estimate my water usage 3 times higher than the normal consumption prior to the water restriction. I have tried to make contact with the city of cape town municipality only to be put on hold for up to 10mins.

City of Cape town do not work for there people and it doesnt matter how much you sacrifice you will end up paying for there mistakes.
