City of Cape Town does not care about you

After several logs submitted to the city of Cape Town. We are now still facing a sewage problem. The city is aware of the issue but yet they fail to assist and do their part. A promise was made from the city side but they are not up keeping to their promise. The worst service ever received from the city. You submit the faults and they take their own time to get back to you.
