CITY OF CAPE TOWN ARE USELESS

bad bad bad very service they delivered. It took them the whole evening to fix a burst pipe in Langeberg road. When they were done the water is very brown because of the sand and on `top THE PIPE BURSTED AGAIN. The whole evening i was waiting for the water to come back on, only to found out that is again no water.. WHAT ARE WE PAYING RATES AND TAXES FOR?? BAD SERVICES
