City of Cape Town acts like mafia

I am still waiting fot a reply from the City of Cape Town as I see that they do act as a mafia.I requested from the City what is the procedure if my ten year old sun wants to open a tuckshop. It states that he must get permission from the neighbour's to do this ,but my neighbour's is running a business from their house.We were never consulted and no permission was given for this. It now seems that the City have given the permission. So this shows me that we as home owners do not have a say.I have decided that I will not register or vote in this coming election as the DA is as ******* as the ANC. Let this be a lesson to voters and home owners that they feel nothing for us,only their pockets.
