City of Cape Town

On Friday 20/12 at 06h00 the power to my house is disconnected. Friday at 17h30 I send a whatsapp , e-mail and call. I am told to send proof of payment , which I do. At 11h30 on Saturday 21/12 I follow up and only then am I told the proof of payment will not suffice. I immediately send one from my bank. I spend the rest of the Saturday following up with e-mails , whatsapps , telephone calls and FB messages to Alan Winde. I receive several promises that this will be taken care of immediately. On Sunday 22/12 at 06h00 I start following up and copy Cape Town mayor. The power is eventually reconnected at around 17h00 , almost 60 hours later
