City Of Caope Town Municipality harrasment
The City of Cape Town Municipality has been harassing me this year to pay a Water and Light bill for a house that was sold more that 5years ago. A Clearance certificate was issued that time and the house was handed over to the new owners. After allot of calls and e-mails and showing proof that the house was not on my name and that I was in a possession of a clearance certificate they still went and did a Judgements & Legal Action against me. I am now receiving threatening SMS from their appointed legal team that they will come and take assists. This all for a paid up account as per proof of Clearance certificate.
