Blocked Sewer

Mornings, I need urgent help pls?! I have a huge sewer problem. It's been ongoing since June, I logg the complain to relevant departments even our ward councillor, city come unblock bt the issue comes back. It's so bad that the road sewer blocks and then it pushes up in my yard. I spend so much money on airtime, data, cleaning products, all trying to sort out this problem. We have to physically pick up the worse of the sewer, clean and dig a hole around the pipes so that it doesn't overflow to spreading over into the yard. This is so unhealthy and disgusting.
