Blocked drain request which is closed without assistance

I am writing this with great disappointment from both our council and also the city of Cape Town..

I have been requesting assistance regarding a drain that has a serious problem and nothing has been done regarding this it’s been a month now the drain is blocked and the water even turned green which I am sure is know as unhealthy yet things like that are not looked at.

Our council know of this issue as I have reported to him at some point and he ignored all sorts of communication..

I was told by my sister that the truck came and looked without doing anything meaning that the do not want their job but want to lazy around and get paid. Monthly with great benefits received by the government..

I urge the team that comes to fix it does not only drain the water but cleans the drain thoroughly as if it rain again after the cleaning it gets blocked like it was never drained meaning that it needs cleaning..
