Bad/No service

Hi Good day with a sad and hurt hart I have to write this compliant.im truly very disappointed in the service of the dirt collection people.

I just moved in a new place to all the previous dirt of the previous owner was still in the bin I explained this to the dirt collecting people on the 20th November 2024. So obviously we also had dirt it was in bags and light boxes normal dirt they said to me in my face they can't take it so I asked them so if I dump it I just painted a cirnarro if I should dump then the city wants to give me a fine but you guys are not giving us the ser ice u are being paid too do.

So I myself had to through the dirt in the truck they did not do it and this was a young guy and young man they said if Mr bought a drink they could've done it so they told me I must buy them something too do a job the getting paid for.

And they said they did not take a person dirt around the corner as there was no drink or something for them giving by the person🤷♂️

Is this the service we are paying for #no service
