Bad service and no response

The sewerage drain has been blocked for more than 4 weeks and we have made contact with the City of Cape Town and we still have not received any communication and the faeces is everywhere and now the situation has become so bad that the toilet in my home is blocked and I am seriously sick with pnomonia and everywhere I go around my house its dirty and have logged a service request but up until now nothing has been done and nobody came out to attend to my concern and everyday upon contacting them they promise to send someone out but nobody comes out to attend to this matter.
