bad service

I have been trying to call lentegeur cash office since Monday and there phones just rings no answer.i wanted to enquire about my deposit when it would be paid to me.my husband went until by the office yesterday and their was only 1person assisting and 3 people before my husband and he said the phones were ringing and nobody answering it,then he left.i tried calling now again but still getting no where.
