bad customer service and Poor service delivery

I have called the City of Cape town on the 2018/08/06 21:36 reporting having no water supply,I was supp**** with this reference ********** 471.I decided to check it on their website only to find out It has the wrong address and I had to capture another request ********** 253 as I do not understand how they will fix the problem without the right address.
