6 months and still no refund

I made a hall booking for the Brackenfell Hall on 4 September 2019 and paid the R838 refundable deposit. In December 2019, I requested a refund as the function that was booked for February 2020 has been canceled.

It has now been 6 months and I still have not received my refund.

This is seriously pathetic.
